Dining on Dryad's Saddle tonight.

Dryad’s saddle is a polypore mushroom that can be found in the spring in Western PA. My gf found a ton of them last spring, so she went back to the same location today and again hitthe mother load.

I sauté them in some butter and sherry, then continue braising in a little broth. After the broth decreases I add some sour cream or yogurt.

Yumm!!!

(Of course, gf is a little bummed out cause she was morel hunting)
