It’s perhaps a little…“odd” to ask a question about a 14 year old Saturday morning cartoon. Especially one that, in all honesty, wasn’t exactly “Sonic the Hedgehog” quality, either. But still, I must. If only for the slim chance of putting my soul to rest…
In the old series “Dink the Little Dinosaur,” one episode featured one of the supporting characters befriending a pitiful little prehistoric amphibian (He was a Diplocaulus, as I recall. As if that helps). They kept their friendship a secret, apparently because of anti-amphibian prejudice in the Dinosaur community. (
) This was a “very special episode,” needless to say.
Anyway, all I want to know is…what was the Amphibian character’s name? Just after seeing the episode (and this was some 13 years ago, when I was about 8), I realized that I couldn’t remember what that awful, sad-eyed little creature’s name was, and for some reason, it’s bugged me ever since.
This is all probably nothing more than a holdover from early-onset Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, but still, I’d like to know. If only so I can eventually go to my grave in complete peace.
