Great and quite informative job, Bricker!!
I understand that one of the aspects of “immunity” is being put up for discussion in London, where the American ambassador has decided that the “fee” being paid to drive in downtown London shouldn’t be required of diplomats, as it is truly a “tax” and not a “fee.” We’ll see how THAT one goes.
