That’s YOUR cite. It isn’t an accurate measure of the birth rate, its a ratio. An average. We don’t realistically know how the war has affected birth rates, and we probably won’t know for years.
I’ve demonstrated that it is mathematically impossible for the Gazans to be eradicated, or even reduced in population at all, under the current circumstances. No eradication = no genocide.
And given that your definition of “genocide” means that there was no such thing until 1949, I’m not interested in debating it.
