Dish Network and TIVO

I have Dish Network with a dual-tuner system. One of the tuners is operated by remote control via a UHF remote antenna. I’ve got a spare TIVO and I would like to use it on the TV that is hooked up the the remote antenna control. Is there a way to do this? Like, is there an adapter for the TIVO that will allow the TIVO to change the Dish tuner via UHF rather than IR? Or is there some kind of work around or kludge?

My google fu is failing me on this.

I hate persons who don’t know the answer but say go ask somewhere else. Occasionally the other source of answers is good enough I do it myself. And hate me for it.
