Be glad that it is only that. Some folks go for several days of paid mourners, a hermetically sealed stainless steel casket, and a family mausoleum vault, all tied up with litigation over who goes in which vault.
This whole experience had me researching whole body donation sites. Really sounds easy. The remove the body at no expense. Other than body farms, they’ll return a box of ashes you can pretend were the unused parts of the deceased.
Found a body farm in Texas, that includes studying the effects of vultures and other scavengers. I think I’m signing up with them! 
It will be all over in a day or two. Just suffer through it. Good luck!
