Oh my god! Is the Lowest of the Low still around? They are awesome! I had a bootleg tape in highschool and loved it! Alas, it has gone the way of all other cassette tapes and I wore it out. I have been trying to download some of their stuff, but have not had much luck. They defintly have not gotten the recognition they deserve. I would love to get a CD if you know where to hook me up. Please email me with any information!

Always happy to preach the word on the Low . They are indeed around, although it’s more “around again” then “still around”. The had a lot of seperate projects for a while, and are taking a break right now, but haven’t broken up so far this time.
But Sordid Fiction, the stellar 2005 release and a number of other back catalogue items are available here .
Enjoy. Check out Ron Hawkins and the Rusty Nails , too. Super stuff.
