When a person wears pants that are much too tight or pulls the waistline up too high, the fabric tends to stretch in some areas and gather in others so as to expose certain anatomical crevices. This fashion faux pas is sometimes referred to as a ‘camel toe’.
Do camels really have toes? What does a camel’s foot actually look like?? Not having seen a camel’s foot, I don’t understand this analogy.
