That is, in a particular context, setting, region, or group, is there some common thread to all of the various aspects of that culture? If you look at their language, their music, their architecture, their food, can you find some kind of parallels between these otherwise disparate forms? Feel free to notice other aspects of course.
For example, maybe a group of people have bubbly personalities, tend to live in bright domes, eat popcorn and risen bread, and produce bouncy music.
It can be any culture large or small - a region, a religion, activity/interest based, career oriented, whatever, even fictional.
