I want to change my recycle bin icons but cant find any premade ones that I like, so I made a couple in photoshop but I have no idea how to take a jpeg and make it into and icon.
anyone?
The IconBuilder XP Photoshop plugin (shareware) is pretty nice. I don’t use XP, but I used this the last time I needed to make an icon for one of my programs.
BTW, stay away from JPEG for things like this; the compression can degrade low-resolution images pretty badly. Use a format with lossless compression.
