Do mouse catchers ever look like baseball catchers?

I’ve seen a lot of white cats with a gray (or some other colored) coat–that is, the coloring on the backside. However, I don’t off-hand recall ever having seen a cat with a white backside and a “colored” belly (hence, the baseball catcher analogy).

Do they exist?

I thought this was going to be a thread about some sort of sick variant of baseball.

While this maybe isn’t what you’re describing, I have seen a ‘patchy’ cat that had a mostly dark belly (also an eye patch and some spots on its back).

I think usually cats have light undersides so that they’re harder to spot by mice swimming underneath them, and dark backsides to make it harder for mice flying overhead to see them.

You could always do it yourself.
