Do SCA 80-pin to SCSI 68-pin connectors actually work?

I have one, but apparently it’s for differential controllers and differential drives only, and of course, it’s not working. Before I drop some more money and time on this, do these things actually work?

Also, if it does, do I need to get one that’s terminated, or does it use the drives termination?

They should work just fine.

Can you say which exact pieces you’re trying to connect?

As for terminators, with SCSI it’s easier to have a seperate terminator on the cable.
