Do teachers share too much? Gender differences?

Sadly, there’s a lot of businesses which insist in “lean human resources”, having the minimum amount of people and calling temps when someone fails. The people managing those tend to be surprised when the temp needs training (because every piece of heavy machinery works exactly the same way as every other one) or when nobody qualified can be found in five minutes (because ex-programmers with 10 years experience in Finance and a masters in Linguistics grow on trees).
