So Trump is in Minneapolis tonight doing a rally. While he has his supporters mainly in rural Minnesota he remains very unpopular in Minneapolis. Since his rallies are free to attend, what is keeping large amounts of anti-Trump folk from gaining access to the event and disrupting the thing all night long? Not just a handful here and there but trying to fill 30, 40, 50% of the seats? Sure, security can throw you out but when there’s a thousand of you booing in large groups what are they going to do?
I believe you need tickets to attend. The tickets are free, and available online – but via Trump websites. So mostly you have to have been already registered at one of these websites to get a ticket. i suppose you could register yourself, then immediately request a ticket. Not sure what efforts they take to check people registering (never been at all interested).
Reciprocate?
Sitting President of the United States, I would hope that there is sufficient security and general access…
