Do They Sell Frozen Concentrated Tomato Juice?

I purchase frozen concentrated fruit juices all of the time. I prefer the concentrated versions because they cost less for the same volume of fluid, they’re much lighter to carry home from the store, and because I can adjust the juice:water concentration level to suit my tastes.

They seem to have every type of fruit juice imaginable in the frozen concentrated canisters, but I can never find any frozen concentrated tomato juice. Why not?

Thanks.

The tomato is a fruit?

Yes. Botanically speaking, anything that contains seeds is considered to be a fruit.

However, even if tomatoes weren’t fruits, I would think that I should have the option of purchasing their juice in the frozen concentrated form, like I do with every other type of juice.

If the tomato wasn’t a fruit, uh, what else would it be?

Hetero?
