Do those portable, commercially available breathalyzers actually work?

How accurate/reliable are the portable breath alcohol analyzers (breathalyzers) available to consumers? In particular, does anyone know anything about the CA-2000 manufactured by HAN International.

I’ve seen some on the Internet for under $100. If they are fairly trustworthy, then that’s a bargain.
