I run Norton. I’ve found that Norton picks up and disables viruses before they make the CNN front page, and so I think it’s worth it to have it running all the time. I’ve felt pretty invincible while running Firefox, but I’ve switched back to IE recently as my favourite website is incompatible with FF… believe me, I resisted that change as long as possible! Anyway, I don’t think I’m bright enough to detect potential viruses in OE 100% of the time, and I’m too content with it to switch so Norton is a necessary evil for me.
