Do you dance?

Well, do you?

I am 56 years old and I still dance a bit. It’s always by myself, but I still enjoy it.
I dance when we have concerts at the deli and I dance at home when I’m doing housework.

So, at least twice a week, I dance.

Yes, but only when I have a regular partner. Started at 14, now I’m 51.

I do, but not in public for a long long time.

on my bucket list is learning Swing Dance. so far, all I know is there are different kinds and to learn any of them I’m going to have to drive a long way.

or move.

I have in the past, but not recently. I’m definitely looking forward to picking it back up after I finish grad school.

All the time, tho not for long. Have to rest then it’s right back up again.
Alone and in public, with or without a partner.
I do it like I read and breathe air; it’s what I live for.

Sometimes I go katchi katchi dancing. I also go bon dancing during the season.

I am katchi katchi dancing right now, I think.

Love to! I started with ballet classes when I was 3 and have taken just about every type of dance class you can take since then. Going out dancing with friends is still one of my favorite things to do.

most people wouldn’t call it that but will try in the right situation.

Yeah, I still dance. I dance at weddings and on the rare occasion I go out with friends some place where dancing is going on. I dance in the house, too. What is miss is ballroom dancing. I was really into it in college and took classes and lessons with the same group of friends for several years.

Only if

  • I’ve been drinking and
  • think that it might lead to sex

-I do
-Whether I can, or SHOULD be, is something only the cats, lately, have been able to judge. :stuck_out_tongue:

I do, alone, and on very rare occasions in public. My fiance doesn’t “get” dancing in the same way that Hornblower doesn’t “get” music, so this wedding thing is a “thing”.

Not as much as I used to, or as much as I’d like to.
I was a professional belly dancer for years, I like to move to music.

Can I? Yes. Will I? No.

I do dance around my house once in a while, but I gave up dancing in public in the '90s.

41, and I dance, but very, very badly.

I have in the past, before my heart problems. Now that I’ve had the heart surgery, I’ll be dancing again in a couple of months.

I hate dancing so much that even under those conditions I’ll pass.

I’ll dance with my daughters at their weddings. But other than that, I expect I’ll be able to avoid it for the rest of my life.

Yes, at home with my daughter, by myself, sometimes with my guy. We’ve talked about going together to learn different types of dances. We’re yet to do it though. I like it when he just randomly takes me in his arms when when we are listening to music. The moment may last less than a minute, but I find it romantic and it makes me smile and feel good.
