I often hide my wit and intelligence in my posts.
Occasionally I will make obscure references to other stuff, but not so often. I used to do so much more at the somethingawful.com forums before I got banned.
Flan. I love flan. I wish I had my own flan pan. I’d pronounce it “flahn pahn” as a little joke. I’d think it was funny. But I don’t have a flahn pahn. I wish I knew someone who did. Then I could borrow their flahn pahn when I make flan.
Is this an inside joke? A sly reference? Maybe. Maybe not. If I said “Yes” it would give it away. If I said “No”, you’d just think I was lying.
And Shibb, shhhhh… they don’t know I’m gone. They think I’m just in the bathroom.

I say flan, then you say flan… so there is a secret message in there. Maybe you should take it to e-mail - I lost my secret message decoder list. Then again, I’m reassured that I can’t understand it because if it wasn’t a secret code, then I’m apparently losing it. But I’m not. Or am I?

Let’s see…I recall having made references to stealing vix’s french fries…because I stole a few of her french fries. I made reference to standing outside in jammies with cigarettes and dancing to Britney Spears songs with Nacho4Sara…because we did that. And I’ve made references to having a crush on Tequila Mockingbird - which I did/do, and consummating it, which I did and hope to do again.
So no, no hidden meanings, unless you assume I’m always kidding…which isn’t a bad idea, all things considered.
Nope, not me. I’m not that smart.
Besides, I’m a Freemason. We’re too busy fixing title fights, rigging Oscar nights and keeping the Martians under wraps.

How I might actually undertake vaguely allowing invisible stuff enclosed in this statement doesn’t immediately refute everything written on line formerly.
I’ve hidden stuff in my posts - obscure references and whatnot (Firesign and Groucho quotes, stuff like that) - nothing quite as good as what Hamadryad mentioned! (You know what I’m gonna be thinking about all afternoon, and it won’t be Hama stealing vix’ french fries.)
And Zappo, if you’re a Freemason, aren’t you supposed to be helping the Illuminati be the world’s puppet-masters?
