Apparently Monti1958 and I are the same person. I fell on ice last year, and put my left hand out to catch myself. Bad idea. Destroyed the elbow joint and shattered both ends of the arm bones that meet there. Huge scar and screws all over the place. I was deeply disappointed that I did not set off the metal detector when I went into the St. Louis Arch.
