This is a pretty neat service on Time Warner Digital Cable. You can select pay per view type movies, or movies and specials from HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, what have you. Plus, you can select programs from the Biography Channel and so on to view whenever you start them. Like, I could watch episode 37 of Oz right now if I wanted to.

The pay per view movies are like rentals. They stay active for 24 hours. And with any of it, you can fast forward, rewind, pause, and all that.

This is very cool. Does anyone else have it?

Not I. But I have movies on demand from my satellite service. There ain’t no cable out here in the mountains.
