A former roommate went on to play in the NFL and has his own page, I believe. Oh, and I know several musicians with their own pages as well - mostly through my church. Actually all through my church, since that’s the only place I know any musicians.
Quite a few- mostly old bosses, but a few random people like an elementary school friend who went on to start a successful web comic.
Yes, quite a few - an old therapist, a number of co-workers, a couple of ballroom dance coaches, my brother’s old swimming teacher (who later won 11 Olympic medals). My husband is prominently mentioned on his company’s page, but he doesn’t have one of his own.
A handful of doctors and professors I worked for (not with sadly :)) have their own pages.

Oh sure, several. One of my professors (who’s writing me a recommendation to grad school, hooray!), a quite famous game designer, probably a few others I’m not thinking of.
I just realized that another friend of mine has a wikipedia page - she’s a federal judge on the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
I know Bartcop of bartcop.com enough to correspond with him several times a year. I also suspect that several of my former professors at UCLA are famous enough to have pages (like Robert Dallek) although I haven’t checked. I’ve met dozens of famous politicians who have wiki pages and know a few of them enough that they would recognize me if they saw me on the street.
At least three of my friends from college have wiki pages - two of them are VERY well known in the entertainment field.
