Always log out, don’t have a Facebook plugin, don’t use Facebook credentials for going anywhere else, don’t post anything ON Facebook on my own wall (only on other folks’ if they message me or invite me to something).
Only log in from home and I don’t use any plug-ins. I don’t log out and I’ve never seen any “Jophiel is reading this new story” posts so I’m happy. I’ve no idea if they’re casually tracking my porn usage or whatever but I’m not too worried about it either.
I log out every time I use facebook. My facebook usage averages about 1.2 times per day.
Never log out at home or on my phone, but I do at the office. I also NEVER log into anything using my FB account, and I have everything as private and locked down as I can get it.
I never log out of facebook unless I’m using a public computer or someone else’s machine. I do log into things using my facebook but I never allow them access to posting on my wall. If you find that a website will post articles you’ve read or the like to your wall, look through your applications. Odds are, at some point you agreed to let their facebook app post to your wall. That’s a permission that can be changed in your app settings.

I have always assumed closing the window logged me out.
Is that so, or must I go through some stupid fricken logout mouse and click sequence?

Especially on devices such as laptops or phones that are easily stolen.

Never logged out but I don’t do that much with it and keep my security tight. No apps, no likes, no nothing. Just me and my peeps.
Yes I do, but only because I have multiple accounts and I use them to give myself gifts in FB games

and then click the button that says “logout” to be really and truly logged out of the damn thing.
OR does clicking the white x red backgound button at the top right of the screen log me out?
I never log out of Facebook, but I use separate browsers for Facebook and for the rest of my life. This greatly reduces the risk of accidentally clicking “Like” while visiting a site showing exposed skin of the attractive sex.
I do this too. The Facebook browser is used for nothing but Facebook. The general use browser has all the social-networking blocking extensions I can find.
I installed an extension for my browser that clears facebook cookies everytime I log out. I logout everytime I’m done with facebook. Unfortunately,I do forget occasionally. I only log in once a day for about 2minutes so it’s not annoying have to type my password in.
