What the hell? I’ve tried 5 different names (which all passed the “check name” test,) and carefully excised anything even marginally offensive, and I’m still getting kicked back to the start page. Is this a Firefox issue or something?
The Grand Duchy of Chalken is now in the Sea of Cecil.
I used firefox and it gave me no problems with creating a nation.
I suspect you were booted by the wolf raiders. They booted me twice. But when they left, I ended up as the UN Delegate. You’re welcome to come back, and I’ll endorse you when you show up.
Thanks, Hal. I got your back, too!
Apply to join the UN. Once you become a member (which is a given as far as I can tell), you can endorse other nations in the region and other nations can endorse you.
The nation with the highest number of endorsements in a region is the UN Delegate for that regions. When the raiders came in, they all endorsed one of their own so that nation became the UN Deleagte. Then she or he started booting other countries out. We gotta stop that!
I’m the founder of the region of Zion. My founding nation was pretty big for awhile there, but eventually I got bored and it died, leaving my region to whomever my successor was at the time (I gave him my password to co-manage the region). I doubt the mods there would reactivate my founding nation after all this time.
But I just checked and my region is still there, almost the same as I created it!
It looks like most Doper nations aren’t UN members, including mine. Ya know, joining the UN kinda goes counter to the ideals of autonomous totalitarianism. but if raiding can only be prevented by a UN Delegate, and only UN members can make or break a Delegate, maybe we should all join.
I have carved out the The Jingoistic States of Eyergoff, and am ready to have my subjects languish under the iron fist of my short attention span.
Okay, I’ve applied, and supposedly I’ll have my telegram “withing 24 hours”. Any idea on how many endorsements you’ll need to stop future raiders? Even three (or four) seems kind of low.

I was looking at the UN Resolutions and saw that they have a Strength rating. How exactly does this rating affect the resolution in question and its effect on member nations?
All hail the Community of Psycho-Deliria! Join us as we sing our national anthem:
“Wibble! Wibble wibble wibble
Wibble wibble, wibble wibble.
Wibble! Wibble wibble wibble
Wibble; wibble wibible. WIBBLE!”
(Just use whatever tune you want; everyone else does. I prefer to sing the first two lines to the beat of “Radio Gaga”, then seamlessly segue into “God Save the President” to finish off.)
Yes, Psycho-Deliria, happy home of the snark, only exporter of flibbertigibbets in the known universe, and, I’m reasonably sure, the only nation-state to be ruled by a President with multiple personality disorder (simulated by the roll of a dice). We somehow ended up a liberal socialist democracy while we were created- the liberal and the communist personalities ganged up on the facist, the libertarian, the theocrat and the feminist to create some sort of idealised state. Hmmph.
I had no problem in Firefox. The Dominion of BiblioLand has been created and and moved to the sea of cecil. I have applied to the united nations.
How 'bout something with a book on it? or a scroll? I am not too picky. My favorite colors are gray, blue, and green.
Thanks!! Biblioland now has a flag!!
I’ve decided to join the UN so I can convince other nations of the rightness of totalitarianism. We can’t let the rabble decide how to live their lives, they can’t see the big picture.
Does the National Costume invovle wearing underpants on one’s head and having pencils up your nose?
