There are definately things on the dope that I’ve never told my friends. Usually because the things I’ve said were about my friends. But for other reasons as well.
It does make dopefests sort of… disturbing.
No way. I’m amazed at what people say here, as though it’s a private meeting place.
Besides, what more could I share. Everyone in my life knows the worst I could offer, and the rest could land me in jail.
I’d like to be wrong, but the one way of finding out could be bad.
I am just in a Very Right Wing, Bible quoting, pray at meetings, kind of crowd, there is no “tolerance” vibe from anyone around me. Hell, I’m almost a closet Democrat due to the comments from my bosses about damn liberals.
No, for three reasons.
- I’m so proud of everything I do, that there’s no telling to whom I have revealed my handsomeharry affiliation with the SDMB.
- I was at work one day, and a coworker and I were sharing our shift routines. He revealed that he spent the evening reading SDMB. I can’t remember if I had posted anything about him on the board, if he knew my name, etc…
