Do you save the best for last?

I eat only the "M"s, the “W”'s are just nasty! :stuck_out_tongue:

Ohh…those weird elongated "3"s are okay though…

Depends on what it is. If it’s best hot and is a food quick to cool, then eat best first because it won’t be as good later. If not, then I tend to save the best for last. Unless I realize I’m starting to get full and won’t eat much more - then skip to best stuff.

Which is which?

By the way, I’ve always been a bit suspicious of this candy. The title implies an imbalance of product quality. You have a few that are ‘good’, and the rest (being Plenty) are just filler.

:stuck_out_tongue:

Generally, I will save the best for last. But with cake, my best is having a little bit of icing along with each piece of cake. It is the combo that pleases me. Straight icing is almost always sickly sweet, at least to me taste.

See if y’all just ate Hershey bars. All the squares( or rectangles if you are particular) are equal and the same. Feeds my OCD perfectly.

I eat the best first and last with everything else in between OR I alternate everything but make sure the best still ends up last.

So, do you start on the H end or the Y end when you nibble one a square?

<Waits to see if she is paralyzed with indecision>

I always save the best for last. The way I eat is very odd.

I read somewhere that birth order and family size were big indicators for whether or not someone would save the best for last. People who were oldest children, only children, and were in small families often tended to do so, because they were more certain that if they did save the best for last, the “best” would still be there when they were ready for it (or if it wasn’t, they could get it back). People who were younger children or who had a lot of siblings often didn’t; a better strategy for them was getting while the getting was good.

If it’s Vanessa Williams, you betcha I save the best for last.

Interesting, and makes a certain amount of sense. (I am an oldest.)

I mix things up, but when I plan my final bite, it’s always the best thing on the plate.

Of course I start with the 'H", are you insane.? The little rectangles are all lined up on a paper plate before I eat them, in perfect order. My indecision comes from the eating of each one. Should I bite, how many bites?Or should I pop it whole into my mouth and wait for the melt? It drives me mad.
Oh, and BTW, when they had the 2 piece wrapper, with the foil inner wrap it was way more satisfying.

ETA, do you hear me Hershey company?
