Do you sleep with your wife/husband?

sunflower and i have shared the same bed for 32 years

For those with trouble with the flickering TV, some TVs have a button or control on them where you can actually turn the picture to nothing.

We sleep in the same bed. Like many in this thread, we don’t have the same schedule, though. Generally, I’ll head toward bed at 11 or 11:30. He usually comes up with me and we’ll read for a while. I fall asleep. He goes back downstairs. I sleep like the dead, so no issues with being woken up when he comes to bed.

Our schedules differ during the year, so it varies. During the school year, I tend to hit the sack about an hour before the wife., and get up way before she does. She will wake up enough to kiss me goodbye in the morning, then goes back to sleep. In the summer, it reverses. In any case, it’s the same bed. We both snore, but we have gotten used to getting the other to roll over. Same covers, much stealing.

Best story I’ve heard about how “seperate bed” couples handle the “activities” option.

Husband: “Easily handled…I just wear a hat to bed. Then I throw it onto the wife’s bed. Sometimes she throws it back…sometimes she brings it back!”

We always sleep together. When he worked night shift we didn’t but that was a long time ago. Now, not only are we together but some part of us must be touching before I can fall asleep. Weird but true.

Together.

It works because I can’t sleep under covers and she’s a cocooner.
