I have all my parts, and have grown an impressive layer of extra padding to help keep them all safe.
Wisdom teeth and parts of other teeth removed. One mole removed. Both breasts amputated. Clinging to the uterus.
I’ve got no eye teeth, they came in up high on my gums, so it was either years and years of braces or pull 'em.
Missing most of a meniscus in one knee, ACL ruptured on the other one, so that is missing. Replaced from elsewhere in that leg. And they added a couple of screws when they were doing the ACL.
Also have an impressive scar as a result of achilles tendon surgery that eventually needed a skin graft.
Missing several teeth thanks to the US Navy, now replaced with artificial chompers. Also missing part of my meniscus in my left knee and the tip of my left thumb.
Gone, in order of removal:
-Foreskin
-Tonsils & adnoids
-Right ACL
-Three wisdom teeth
nope, tonsils and adenoids were yanked when I was 5. everything else is present, though, even all of my wisdom teeth.

oh yeah, that too, but as far as I’m concerned it never existed.

I’ve had some small pieces removed (bone chips, biopsy) but other that that I am still pretty much here.
Foreskin was uninstalled shortly after my arrival.
Four baby teeth were removed from my lower arch when I was 15 due to my original design not coming with any permanent teeth under them and they were too small to keep there. A bridge was ultimately installed.
I had my right OEM hip removed and upgraded with a third party hip this past February.
Outside of foreskin and baby teeth:
**tonsils and adenoids went bye-bye when I was about 6.
**In my 30’s, had my gall bladder yanked.
**In my 40’s, my wisdom teeth joined the choir invisible.
Outside of that I’m still all here.
Artificial hip implanted this past February.
Kinda stunning in some aspects.

It is. We’re just keeping track of maintenance issues until our immortal consciousnesses are uploaded, which according to various SDMB threads should take place in early October. I just hope that there’s enough disk space for my mojo.

Due to QC failure at the manufacturer my model only came with three wisdom teeth. I had them removed along with foreskin and a few moles. All the rest is OEM original parts.
I’m 46: all four wisdom teeth are gone, but I still have everything else. I nearly had my tonsils removed as a kid, but so far my one and only surgery has been dental. knocks on wood
I had a whole bunch of extras, till my freezer broke and I had to get rid of them.
Need to go “shopping” again.
