Wouldn’t the risks in the SEC filing be risks to the business, not in-depth information on the vaccines (or other medical treatments). The in-depth clinical findings, as noted above, should be in the clinical trial reports.
I, too, am curious what risks have been discovered in the SEC docs.
I read the filing @shh1313 Shh1313 is referring to. You can find it here. I don’t usually post links for other people, but I’m doing so now in case someone has an hour or two to kill. [Note that this document is 6 months old.] As one would expect, the “risk” shh1313 refers to is RISK TO STOCKHOLDERS, not risks to vaccine recipients, and it’s mostly pro forma stuff, e.g., “Other companies or organizations may challenge our patent rights or may assert patent rights that prevent us from developing and commercializing our products.” There’s a nice, long, detailed, and illustrated section on mRNA vaccines and how they work, how they were developed, etc., but there’s nothing there that hasn’t been summarized and reported by reliable news sources.
Though I’m impressed that someone went to all the trouble to find and read an SEC filing, I’m stumped as to what shh1313 was hoping to find: vaccine risks not reported to the FDA?? Some sort of corporate collusion or conspiracy?
Thank you for doing the legwork on reading that filing, @nelliebly. I’d had the same expectation about an SEC filing regarding “risk” – that it would be related to the risk to shareholders (i.e., the company could lose money, the stock price could go down).
I trust my Moderna vaccine. Hubs the idiot got the original COVID a while back. We live in a smallish 1500 sf home and we slept together most of the time. I didn’t get so much as a sniffle.
Currently, we have Delta. My symptoms are so light that back in the before times, I wouldn’t have noticed. Hubs is still pretty sick, his natural anti-bodies and strong immune system just aren’t working as well as he wanted. I have no concerns about me ending up hospitalized or with long Covid because my vaccine is doing what it should - preventing me from getting really sick and/or ending up on a vent. I’m not so sure about him.
