Do you watch pranks?

Like on youtube channels like vitalyZdTv , EdBassMaster, romanAtwood, jackValeFilms, Lahwf, simplePickUp etc. Some of them are not just pranks but also demonstrations of how to pickup girls etc. I have been watching for last couple of weeks and having a great time.

Pls tell how you like them and ones you like most…
All of them are totally awesome I like Vitaly’s videos the best though.

Yes I like watching pranks, particularly girl on girl pranks.

No, I never really found humor value in making someone the unassuming butt of someone else’s joke.

Not interested in crap like Scare Tactics or Crank Yankers. OTOH, nice guys like Allen Funt or his son Peter? They’re not so bad.

Seems like cruelty thinly veiled, as comedy. Never had a taste for it. Never want to. Yuck!

Well, I hate to admit it, but I like pranks. I really like pranks as a matter of fact.

It all started many years ago with Candid Camera, but I’m a sucker for good pranks.

Scare Tactics cracks me the hell up.

I watched recently some Nascar driver taking a test car for a crazy test driver, and had three conclusions:

  1. The whole thing was a bad fake.
  2. It was a revolting product placement.
  3. If it had been real, I would have hated it, and throughout I was skeeved by even the pretend narrative.

That said, there are some cruel pranks that I appreciate (the Brazilian “scary girl in an elevator” made me giggle), and I love pranks like Improv Everywhere, pranks that aim to elicit emotions other than fear or dread or anger in the subjects. My favorite are pranks that make the world seem to be a magical, unreal place, especially when it’s a magical, unreal, and delightful place.

@Leaffan and Left Hand of Dorkness - I am guilty of liking cruel scare pranks too.:slight_smile: though I prefer seeing reactions to harmless pranks…

For me it depends on who is doing the prank and who will be the target. To me, nobody pranks like Brad Paisley and Brooks & Dunn. :slight_smile: :slight_smile: :slight_smile:
