Does Andro really help when working out?

I have recently started working out and my friends suggested that I take Andro. From what I understand it is like an over the counter steroid. I have read a little bit about the product and know to cycle it so I don’t have side affects, but I was wondering if since I am already a big guy who basically needs to shape and tone what I have should I take Andro?

Oh yeah, on top of Andro they suggessted Ripped Fuel, Chromium Picolinate, and Liptotronic Fuel. (I think I spelled that last one right.)

if you’re trying to get bigger, hell take steroids (just kidding), but to tone, cardio cardio, cardio. Those types of fuels are good for sprint like exercises (short/strong sets) but the research I’ve read, the kind of slow down the Long winded exercises.
