It was used in the 1968 movie The Night They Raided Minsky’s but I don’t think it was original to the movie. I think it was period, because I’ve heard it used in other movies set in the '20s and Bob Hope sang it (it has lyrics, though the only one I remember has to do with a top hat and being an aristocrat [no, it’s not that “The Aristocrats” act]) in a '20s themed sketch in one of his specials a thousand years ago.
