I use Hotmail via browser, along w/ AdBlock, Ghostery, & NoScript.
I do not like the change they made last week to put mark un/read, flag, & most importantly delete buttons on the right side like gmail does. Bastoids!
I use hotmail in a browser (with uBlock Origin) and have not seen any slow down. I have noticed that in the last week, sometimes what looks like the first e-mail is actually an ad for hotmail.
Another reason to at least try Edge is the integration with ChatAI just announced. I saw a review and interview with MS head guy and the interviewer from WSJ was really impressed with the new Bing. Nice to see Google finally getting pushed a bit.
