This is very peculiar and certainly not a big deal, but in the drop down box in the bottom right titled “forum jump” I fairly often, I would say around 1 in 20 or 30 times, will have one missing forum where I just see a blank space. I get this in both Opera and Chrome.
Am I the only one? I am quite often lurking here without bothering to sign in and even see it that way, so I am guessing not! I’ve not seen it on any of the many other message boards I use though, and I did a bit of preliminary google searching so I could help out if it were a common thing, but I can’t find anything. Any ideas?

It can be any forum and is completely random. It looks fine at the moment; if/when it does it again I’ll take a screen grap for you.
This has finally happened again. I am taking a bunch of screenshots of the property inspector (whatever you call it) to try and help out, I will upload the entire thing with comments as a word file or pdf somewhere.
Unfortunately whatever is causing it is not simple and it is most likely an ad. The HTML being output is fine and according to the property inspector the computed style is fine too. However, if I understand the properties bit fine then the current values are wrong - which suggests to me it’s either an advert inadvertendtly changing it OR a bug with either the drop down control in windows or my browser.
Anyway will have that ready for you shortly.
Here we go. I was slightly wrong about the computed values, at all times there is in theory a background != foreground AND text, so it’s very strange.

This has just happened to me again in MPSIMS.
I saved it as an archive this time and then opened it up again but the drop down box was fine. I think it must be to do with the ads then if it isn’t a browser bug?
Still curious to know if ayone else has seen this?
