Does anyone here know about reselling computer hardware?

I’m in the process of starting a computer company. It’s not my main source of income so please spare me the lecture on how unprofitable and competitive the market is

Now what I am wondering and can’t seem to get a straight answer on is how reselling merchandise works.

Just FYI, I have a resellers permit and a small business liscense (just got them).

If I buy computer hardware, say a videocard, with the intent of reselling it, will the person I sell it to get the full manufacturers warranty?

Or do I have to be an “authorized retailer” for the company whos product I am selling in order for the end user to get a computer part with a valid warranty?

Seems you started with the expense end without enough facts.

Depends on your source and their agreement/contract with you. New product in sealed mfgrs. box probably OK.
