I know about the eyebrows, but how about eye lashes?
And how about chest, nose, ear, pubic, etc? Is there any hair left on your body?

My best friend died of cancer about a year ago. He had several rounds of chemo with varying results. The first round he lost very little hair. The second round it all came out in clumps. Nothing left at all even the eye lashes. It all grew back and then months later he had a third round when he lost very little hair again.
I guess your answer is yes the eye lashes fall out but it depends on the dosage and the person.
When I underwent chemotherapy, I lost some hairs but not others. I lost some hair on the top of my head, so that I had a bald spot but wasn’t completely bald. So, I guess my chemotherapy experience wasn’t as extreme as others’.
While some pubic hair fell out and the rest stopped growing (so a little initial shaving kept me smooth down there during the duration), my facial hair kept growing the whole time. (Facial hair is the one type of hair that I was hoping would fall out and stop growing. Grrrr…)
I didn’t lose eyebrows, and don’t recall eyelashes. I don’t have much body hair, so I don’t recall losing much there. I think it stopped growing but didn’t fall out. I probably still had some arm and leg hair, though it may have thinned. I don’t exactly recall, since body hair wasn’t a big concern, and this was over 5 or 6 years ago.
It depends on the drugs given. There are several classes of chemotheraputics some cause hair loss some don’t. Not all Chemotheraputics are effective against all cancers.
Those that cause hair loss, usually cause it all to go away. The alopecia (not to be confused withAlopecia areata) usually reverses when the drugs are withdrawn.
