Does disagreeing with some of the policies of the gov't of Israel make me antiSemitic

As far as I have heard hte right of return was dictated by the UN as a stipulation for the creation of a Jewish state, and many Israelis are in fact opposed to it and trying to change it, for the very reason you mentioned.
