They’ll vote it staggeringly damp, that is. I bet East Texas will finally settle on “clubs” where you buy your pot club membership and get a free bong or something. And sin or not: if I could switch it on or off without consequences, I’d spend every moment when complete lucidity isn’t necessary somewhere on the continuum to schnockered. Being altered is funner 'n hell. It’s the short and long term consequences you have to consider, not the opinion of some being that’s too flim-flam to prove they exist.
