Okay, I’ve gotten a prescription for Meridia. I’ve taken appetite suppressants in the past, and they did a good job for me. However, I’ve started inexorable weight gain again, despite watching what I eat and riding my road bike, so it’s back to trying to suppress my grizzly bear-like appetite. Any input on this med? Thanks.
I took it and didn’t see the benefit of it. I felt just as hungry as when I didn’t take it. I got the prescription after fen-phen went off the market, though, so I had something better (IMO) to compare it to.
Everyone’s different - it might work well for you.
