I have one of these Casio Pocket TV’s from maybe ten years back, and it works great. As I was watching it today, I had a sudden brainstorm: Is there one of those Nielsen chips in something this small?
Nielson chips aren’t in TVs… certain people become nielson volunteers and have equipment hooked up in their house. They project their ratings based on statistics gained from these devices. They don’t actually monitor every tv.
Nope. Not because it’s too small, but because that’s not how Nielson works.
Are you thinking of the V-chip (that can block programming rated TV14)? IIRC the v-chip is only required for sets bigget than 13 in.
