Does the UFC stack the card toward Brazilian fighters for events in Brazil?

Title is the whole question.

It just seems like the Brazilians win those fights much more often. Maybe it’s mere home field advantage.

Going to move this to the Game Room.

Are you thinking of any particular fights that struck you as mismatches? Taking a quick look at one fight from the February card in Brazil, Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza is fighting Francis Carmont; Souza has won five in a row since losing the belt to Luke Rockhold, Francis Carmont is undefeated with six wins in UFC and hasn’t lost any of his 11 fights since 2008. That seems like a pretty solid match. Souza’s fight against Chris Carmozzi was a mismatch, but that was because they were stuck on the card together after both of their original opponents were injured.
