I could swear I read about this recently, but for the life of me I can’t remember where, or find anything on the Net:

Companies that will take items you don’t want, sell them on E-Bay, and give you the proceeds (minus their 20-30% cut).

As I’m unpacking from our recent move, I find myself amazed by how much extra stuff we own that I have no particular use for. However, this stuff is by no means garbage. I have neither the time nor patience to run a garage sale or do the E-Bay thing myself, so this kind of service would be perfect for me.

Any ideas?

Yes, indeed, there are storefront eBay sellers who will take all your crap and sell it for you.
