Does your carpet match the drapes?

Man, I thought the thread title was about something else entirely.

Hardwood floors and antique-floral drapes here, so no.

No carpet or drapes, but I’ve got linoleum flooring and metal bars on the windows.

I’m a brunette by nature, but right now the drapes are dyed red with blond streaks.

So, no.

Curtains are blue. Carpet is beige. I hate the carpet. If I don’t vacuum it every single day, all the cat hair and tracked-in dirt shows up.

(Oh, and the answer to the other question is yes, both dark auburn.)

Well, there is some ugly orange carpet in the basement. I keep meaning to rip it out at some point.

Ow!
For me, tile floors don’t match the drapes.

And I’m also a strawberry blonde.

We have “dutch doors” on “the pantry”.

My carpet matches your carpet.

I’m posting this on a Sunday and I don’t think I’ll be able to think of ‘brunch’ or ‘breakfast nook’ in quite the same way again.

Maple syrup? Cream cheese? Hmmm, I wonder…

Hardwood floors and a different treatment on each window.

I assume this is in the “Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar” mode of speaking…

Oh, and the smoking room has dark paneling and plush carpet.
