Does your longevity have its own world?

We all have to start somewhere, because if you don’t you’ll never, never live to be one hundred and twenty years old! Your World of Longevity, is important to you. Do you think about it?:smack:

Not sure what this is about, but I reported it. Just to be sure.

How old to the people that never start anywhere live to be?

Simple way of thinking about getting old, things we could implement into our lives to extend our longevity here on earth. Don’t mean to offend any one.

First step: Don’t die.

I intend to live forever. So far, so good.

What is your biological age vs chronological age?

What are you talking about?

-Woody Allen

I’m talking about aging, you line up ten people your age, assign a age to them. This would be how you figure out your biological age. What age are you?

The one thing that all very long lived people have in common is that they all have ideas on how to live a very long time that just happen to match their on lifestyles but almost always contradict each other. It is largely a crapshoot.

Myself, I’ve long followed an amalgam of the teachings of Sylvester Graham and John Harvey Kellogg. (Side note: no, I haven’t.)

I plan to break the record for longevity. I have a number of positive correlating factors, including family history and health. There’s certainly a lot of luck involved, but I enjoy thinking about it and planning for it.

Somewhere between milk and magnesia.

My grandmother is 103. I’ve decided I really, really don’t care to live past 90.

What you’re talking about is whether people look younger or older than their actual age.

I’d look 5-8 years younger. I’m fit, have all my hair and teeth. I’ve been blessed with good genes.

Do I win?

because you don’t what to be like grandma?

yes you do!

Old enough to know better.

I’m between milk and cookies and and the wife cutting me off!

I look at my birth certificate. That’s how I figure out my biological age. Everything else is subjective.
