Same for Iowa - a large color photo with a smaller, also color photo. I think the smaller one might be hologram-ish, maybe? I was even able to get away with a slight, closed-mouth smile on this one (for several years the Iowa DOT people refused to let you smile at all for your ID photos - joke was on them, though, cause I renewed my drivers’ license a few years back online and just used my previous, smiling picture. I had to finally update that one in 2020 to get a Real ID, then got this pic last fall when I moved).
That isn’t true. They’re still allowed to fill positions giving road tests.
You may be right about that. Haven’t applied for a job there, just being cynical.
