Does "YOUTUBE" delete videos?

I ask because I’m going crazy, trying to find a video clip. YOUTUBE deletes your viewing history file (I think after one week), and I could NOT find the video clip. For you experts, it was of a very sexy Argentine model, who was quite scantily dressed, writhing around to a latin american pop song (called something mas rica). I simply cannot find it now!

Youtube often deletes videos if the copyright owner informs them that the video has been illegally uploaded.

With only a small amount of overgeneralization, any video you upload that you haven’t made yourself is almost certainly copyrighted by someone else. Estimates are that at least half Youtube’s content has been illegally uploaded. It could very well be that the video got pulled for that reason.

Or you could just not be remembering anything correctly about the video. Maybe it’s a Peruvian model singing La Bamba.

*SAO PAULO, Brazil – A Brazilian judge has ordered YouTube to find a way to stop Brazilians from viewing steamy footage of supermodel Daniela Cicarelli and her boyfriend on the highly trafficked video-sharing site, court officials said Thursday.

YouTube was first ordered in September to remove video showing Cicarelli and Brazilian banker Renato Malzoni in intimate scenes along a beach near the Spanish city of Cadiz.

But the clip still appears periodically on YouTube, prompting the expanded order from Sao Paulo state Supreme Court Justice Enio Santarelli Zuliani on Tuesday, the court’s press office said in a statement* [ . . . ]
