Veggie burgers and a parade downtown St. Louis with my brother and his two kids (4 and 2.) Parades are a lot more fun if you’re with kids, pets or drunk people.

I used to make a King Cake from scratch, every year, complete with gold, purple, and green frosting and sprinkles. Trouble was, it tasted identical to the cheap-o version you can pick up at any grocery store anywhere. For all the effort, the results weren’t worth it. … So today I had pancakes (pecan oatmeal, to be precise).
