No, they’re probably named, but under seal. They just listed six more, and described why they are being listed. No charges against the six—yet. Referred to as “Co-Conspiritor 1, Co-Conspirator 2,” and so on.
Speculation is that Rudy Giuliani and John Eastman are among them.

It is very narrative. It spells out the plan, the implementation of the plan, and the culmination of the plan on Jan 6. Calls out alternative slates, various spurious lawsuits, all of the media appearances, etc. as part of vast conspiracy to defraud the US.
Which it clearly was, but I wonder if you can get a jury to unanimously agree.
