My thoughts exactly. The cracked Canadian TV show Twitch City starred Don McKellar as an agoraphobic TV addict. In one episode, he went through Pon Farr–going cold turkey from TV. His pal & fellow TV fan Newbie saw him through. Newbie was played by Callum Keith Rennie–aka Leoben from BSG. The show’s cast included The Usual Canadian Actor Suspects–Molly Parker, anyone? The “Planet of the Cats” episode even featured Draco, who worked with Rennie in Due South as Dief the Deaf Dog.
That’s an interesting idea. Have we seen a Male persona imprinted onto a Female brain or vice-versa? Topher has spoken of composite scans, but he’s said nothing about gender identification.
Could Margret have herself imprinted into Victor’s body? Now *that’s *a fantasy I could see someone paying a lot of money for, and something you couldn’t just buy an ordinary hooker or mercenary to achieve. Think of the money the Dollhouse could make by matching up MtF and FtM for a surgery-free transformation.
Unless I misunderstand you - you’re not really living out the fantasy in that case. It’s your mind, your essence, in the body … but it’s a copy of you. Not you. Your actual person wouldn’t experience the fantasy.
But you do bring up an interesting point - you could implant your mind in a doll and literally go F yourself
