ALthough I can’t rewatch the episode, did the first two students that walked in on the first guy actually touch him before they started acting loopy? I figured that he had all those flies that he was letting go around the lab. So could the drug have been spread that way? Bunch of flies landed on the first guy, then every other person they land on gets infected?
I thought the dress was perfect for Alice. She looked like a “nice” girl dressing up a little trampy for a new boyfriend/crush.
Atrael, yes, they both did. The LabGirl touched FliesBeFree on the arm trying to get his attention, and when FliesBeFree went for the window, ShouldHaveSpentMoreTimeShirtless’s hands were shown on his shoulder trying to pull him away.
The only person who we never saw being infected was Dominic, but he must have touched something in the lab, or be infected by an as-yet-symptom-less doll.

I wouldn’t put it past Joss to name the new guy ‘Juliet’ and have him be a butt-kicking Chuck Norris type.
That’s pretty much what I thought. Who doesn’t dress up a bit when trying to impress your new date?
I dispute the “trampy” as I’ve said – you can dress up to be a touch extra sexy without turning yourself into a “tramp.” Trampy would require about 90% more exposed skin. 
This nearly made me snarf my coffee. 
Amen. I about squeed when I saw that he was going to (probably) be back. Because. . .wow. Really, really hot.
That being said, it seems like his story serves as a bit of a contrast to Echo’s. She broke in to try and document the company’s wrongs; he went in to make a quick buck. Her motivations, however, seemed to be to make herself important, to make a difference; his were help out his mother.
It’s just interesting, morally speaking.
In retrospect, it seems oddly heavy-handed for Whedon to name the evil corporation Rossum, as in Rossum’s Universal Robots. Is he just being cute here, or is he making a point with this allusion?
